The role works closely with the Execution team to monitor and ensure that all processes are performed in compliance with company policies, procedures, and controls.Main Accountabilities• Contract Entry and Maintenance: Based on trader instructions (primarily via email), enter purchase and sales contracts into SAP, including flat-price, premium, and frame contracts.Purchase Contracts:In-house contracts from Bunge entities, mainly GMO soybeans for the Ravenna plant, soybean meal for the Savona and Napoli ports, and crude sunflower oil (primarily mirror contracts).Third-party contracts, including non-GMO soybeans (mainly domestic), soybean meal, soybeans through Ravenna port, and vegetable oils (mainly crude oils).Sales Contracts:Primarily third-party sales contracts covering soybean meal, soybeans, hulls, by-products, crude oils, refined oils, fatty oils, and soaps.
