Work arrangement: Hybrid. /p pThe position may also be considered on a tempo parziale basis, depending on organizational needs and relevant experience. /p h3Marketing Manager Europe - Thermal Barriers (f/m/d) /h3 h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCustomer Success Market Development: Develop solutions that meet customer needs while identifying and implementing new market approaches to support growth and unlock business opportunities. /li liPortfolio Innovation: Drive the development and evolution of product portfolios based on market trends and competitor insights to ensure long-term competitiveness. /li liStrategic Account Management: Oversee key customer portfolios with a focus on market dynamics, competitor analysis, and achieving business objectives. /li liMarket Pricing Strategy: Analyze product-market fit, accessibility, and network opportunities, and contribute to pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and positioning. /li liStrategic Initiatives Roadmaps: Contribute to global strategic initiatives, define roadmaps, and identify business gaps through cross-functional collaboration. /li liCustomer Insight Compliance: Monitor customer needs, legal requirements, and compliance aspects, supporting early product development where relevant. /li liCollaboration Planning: Support a collaborative work environment, contribute to team development, and assist in strategic and annual sales planning. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
