Spacest.com is a proptech start-up leader on the Italian market of medium-long term rentals of premium flats and rooms.

What will you do?

- Expansion and management of properties in Germany;
- Acquisition of important property management companies in Germany, potentially interested in promoting their properties on Spacest.com: from the first contact to the closing of the deal;
- Daily management of relations with German Property Owners and Managers: performance analysis, improvement of listings, etc.;




- Business Development activities.

What is required?
- Fluent German language;
- Fluent English language;
- Excellent interpersonal, dialectical and empathic skills;
- Sales aptitude;
- Organisational and management skills;
- Ability to work towards objectives and undertake ambitious challenges;
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in economics or related disciplines);
- Previous experience in sales is preferred.
