With $6.9 billion in sales, a strong customer base and global reach spanning nearly 70 countries, we are uniquely positioned to deliver greater value to our customers and create new opportunities for our people. /ppWe are currently seeking a IT Data Analitics Specialist - Reporting to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy! /ppThis role is intended for a highly skilled Senior Analytics Report Developer with deep experience in Power BI, AWS QuickSight, Streamlit, strong mandatory SQL expertise, and modern data visualization practices. /ppThe ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing analytical dashboards, interactive applications, and data products that support business decision-making across the organization. /ppThis role is central to our strategic journey from Power BI to AI-driven analytics, enabling broader Analytics capabilities alongside Power BI expertise for our relevant business use cases. bThis position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, data storytelling, and stakeholder management. /b /ph3What kind of work will you be doing? /h3h3Reporting Dashboard Development /h3ulliDesign, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets. /liliDesign, develop, and maintain AWS QuickSight dashboards, analyses, and datasets, leveraging the SPICE engine for high-performance analytics. /liliBuild interactive Streamlit applications to support advanced analytics and data-driven workflows. /liliTranslate business requirements into intuitive, visually compelling, and accurate reporting solutions. /liliOptimize report performance, data models, measures, and queries for scalability and speed. /li /ulh3Data Modeling Integration /h3ulliDevelop efficient data models using best practices for semantic layers. /liliLeverage mandatory strong SQL expertise to write complex queries, optimize performance, and ensure data accuracy across all integration layers. /liliIntegrate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, Snowflake, AWS data services, etc.). /liliCollaborate with Data Engineering teams to define and refine data structures enabling analytical consumption across both platforms. /li /ulh3Business Partnership /h3ulliPartner with business users to understand needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. /liliProvide training, guidance, and best practices for self-service reporting. /liliPresent insights and analytical findings in clear, actionable terms to non-technical stakeholders. /liliSupport the organization's transition from traditional BI to AI-augmented analytics,



identifying use cases where AI can enhance decision-making. /li /ulh3Governance, Quality Standards /h3ulliEnsure adherence to data visualization standards, governance policies, and security protocols across environments. /liliImplement version control, documentation, and lifecycle management for analytical assets. /liliProactively identify data issues and drive remediation initiatives with cross-functional teams. /li /ulh3Innovation Continuous Improvement /h3ulliEvaluate and introduce new features in Power BI (Fabric, DAX advancements, etc.) and AWS QuickSight (ML Insights, QuickSight Q, Generative BI capabilities). /liliIdentify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and leverage AI/ML for predictive and prescriptive analytics. /liliDrive adoption of modern, scalable analytics patterns, supporting the company's PowerBI-to-AI transformation journey. /liliExplore and implement generative AI capabilities within AWS QuickSight to enable natural language querying and automated insight generation for business users. /li /ulh3What will make you successful? /h3ulli5+ years of experience in BI/report development, with proven expertise in Power BI. /liliHands-on experience with AWS QuickSight, including dashboard creation, dataset management, SPICE optimization, and analyses. /liliStrong hands-on experience with Streamlit for building interactive Python-based applications. /liliExpert-level knowledge of DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and visualization best practices. /liliStrong SQL knowledge is mandatory — the candidate must demonstrate expert-level proficiency in writing complex queries, performance tuning, and working with enterprise data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake). /liliSolid understanding of data governance, security, and report lifecycle management. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. /liliExcellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities. /liliFamiliarity with cloud-based BI and AI/ML analytics platforms. /li /ulh3Nice to have: /h3ulliExperience with Python for data manipulation and integration with Streamlit. /liliKnowledge of Microsoft Fabric ecosystems. /liliAWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner). /liliExperience with AWS QuickSight Q (natural language querying) and ML Insights for automated anomaly detection and forecasting. /liliExperience with generative AI tools and their application in business analytics.

Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits.
