AVEC is seeking an Italian Speaker – Customer Service Representative (Outbound) to join our Lisbon team. This role includes relocation assistance, on-boarding support, and full relocation package coverage.

You will handle outbound customer contacts via phone, email, or chat, delivering clear information and excellent service, with Italian C2 proficiency required. Training spans 1–4 weeks; base salary is 920 €, with monthly allowances bringing total gross to about 1,220.33 €.
