• Quality Solutions Specialist Loro Piana is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Logistics &

• Quality Solutions Specialist to join our Supply Chain IT team. This role is involved in supporting the evolution of our Logistics processes. The successful candidate will act helping the IT Logistic Manager as a contact for our logistics sites within the Luxury Goods Division, following implementation projects while evolving and maintaining existing industrial applications. Serve as the primary point of contact for all Logistics IT-related activities within Loro Piana. Support logistics operations by acting as a key liaison between central operations teams, warehouses, distribution centers, and external logistics partners. Collect and analyze business requirements related to Warehouse Management, Distribution, Transportation, and Logistics processes. Support the implementation, evolution, and maintenance of ERP and logistics-related applications, ensuring alignment with operational business needs. Maintain governance and operational continuity for implemented solutions, ensuring system reliability, data consistency, and compliance with company standards. Collaborate with software vendors and external partners to ensure effective service delivery and timely resolution of incidents or change requests. Work closely with Technology &

• Cybersecurity teams to support integrations, interfaces, and optimization of logistics systems and related technologies. Partner with Corporate Functions and Operations teams to identify process improvement opportunities and translate them into IT solutions. Support business analysis activities, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and rollout of new functionalities or enhancements following IT best practices. Monitor application performance and support service level achievement through continuous improvement initiatives.



Support and continuous improvement of Logistics and Warehouse Management solutions. Autonomous management of the TMS integrated solution, coordinating vendors and supporting end-users Management of incidents, change requests, and enhancements related to logistics applications. Coordination with business users and operational teams to ensure efficient system adoption and process execution. Support integration activities between ERP systems, WMS platforms, and third-party logistics solutions. Participation in project activities related to logistics transformation and process digitalization initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field

• Master’s degree preferred. At least 5 years of experience in IT application support or project activities within Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain environments. Very good understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics processes, including warehouse operations, inbound/outbound flows, inventory management, transportation and distribution processes. Proven knowledge of ERP systems and logistics applications, specifically SAP S4 and SAP EWM.

Experience with RFID & Transportation systems is considered a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders. Ability to work in cross-functional and international environments.





Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs. In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies. The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Tessile Abbigliamento e Moda) and the supplementary company agreement, as applied by Loro Piana in Italy.
