As Manufacturing Machining Operations Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating activities of the hourly teams within the cell
- Developing, coordinating, leading, and executing daily production plan
- Defining shifts schedule on the product lines according with, production plan and operator skills
- Managing people presence in terms of Vacation, Shift Change and Hrs absence
- Achieving the highest safety levels in the production line
- Guaranteeing performance KPI target: CoQ, HSE, on-time delivery, OEE, DL hours development;

- Managing training and operator skills in order to respond to workload needs
- Collaborating with other functions (i.e. ENG, UTOF, MPE) on resolution of nonconformity
- Supporting cell leaders in the strategic planning of manpower, equipment, and other resources

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical preferred)
- Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Production Supervision
- Fluency in oral and written English and have effective good communication skills
- Good teamwork, mediation, relationship-building and influencing skills
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
- Effective problem identification and solution skills
- Proven analytical and organizational ability
