ResponsibilitiesPartnering with business leaders to understand organizational needs and define HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Managing the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, development, performance management, and internal mobility initiatives.
Supporting managers in employee relations matters and fostering a positive and high-performing work environment. Leading and implementing organizational development projects to enhance effectiveness and employee engagement.
Driving talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, coaching, and retention programs.
Analyzing HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
Collaborating with international HR teams to ensure consistency in organizational design,
compensation practices, and workforce planning.
Your ProfileMaster's Degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
At least 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources roles within international organizations.
Proven experience as an HR
Business Partner in complex and multicultural environments.
Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
Experience in HR analytics and
KPI reporting.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation & BenefitsCompensation package and organizational level will be defined according to experience. CCNL Metalmeccanico, liv.
