About the role
An FX Sales Trader plays a crucial role in the financial markets, particularly in the foreign exchange (FX) sector. This role is dynamic and requires a deep understanding of financial markets,
strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored FX solutions
- Monitoring and analyzing foreign exchange markets to provide clients with timely and relevant market insights
- Executing FX trades on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identifying and managing risks associated with FX trading activities, adhering to internal and external risk management policies
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base through proactive sales efforts
- Maintaining accurate records of all trading activities and preparing regular reports for clients and management
