Amazon is hiring an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large and diverse team at one of our operational sites in Italy. You will focus on safety, productivity, and smooth day-to-day operations, while working with colleagues to address challenges and keep pace with demand.
This role requires a university degree, fluent English and local language, and data-analysis experience. You will analyse performance, implement improvements, and collaborate with other managers to standardise processes across shifts.
