Reporting directly to the Country HR Manager, the successful candidate will oversee site-level Personnel Administration processes and collaborate on the implementation of Human Resources development and management projects.
Personnel Administration: Manage daily admin processes and liaise with the external payroll provider to reconcile monthly employee attendance records. Oversee contract management and documentation from hiring to termination, including insurance, workplace accidents, and benefits. Support disciplinary processes and assist the Country HR Manager with site-level industrial and union relations.
Talent Management: Drive recruitment processes and oversee the implementation of induction and onboarding policies.
Training & Development: Coordinate site-specific training activities.
Business Partnership:
Act as a strategic partner to Local Management on all HR-related matters and enforce company policies.
Reporting & Compliance: Manage monthly reporting and annual KPIs (including Law 68/99 compliance).
Operations & Tools: Manage site fleet operations with internal staff and external suppliers. Maintain and update HR tools such as SuccessFactors, Atoss, and ServiceNow.
Global Collaboration: Participate in Group projects to implement new corporate HR processes. Education, Language, Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken). Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Proven capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Essential
Experience & Technical Competencies Experience: 3-5 years in a similar HR role, preferably within a manufacturing or corporate environment. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
HR Technology: Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Core Skills: Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills. Commitment to continuous learning, development, and process improvement. Collaborative approach to coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and teams.
