Your Main Duties:

- Overseeing the daily operations of our hotel’s lobby area
- Being responsible for ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all guests
- Maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the lobby
- Addressing guest inquiries and concerns




- Providing response and service to guests staying at the hotel
- Ensuring that all front-facing services meet the highest standards of hospitality

Your Profile:

- Hospitality is in your veins
- Sense of responsibility, ability to work in team, resistant to stress
- Flexibility in working early, late and night shifts (tempo parziale 80%)
- Very good speaking and writing skills in English and Italian, other languages are a plus
