A Snapshot of Your Day Join us as a Senior Professional in Strategic Sales Operations, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring business continuity for the Sales Distributed unit across the Nordics, Western, and South West Europe region. Imagine leading the operational effectiveness of our sales team supporting the Gas Services business, focusing on Sales Operations and Process Management, Strategic Sales Project Support, and Sales Data Analysis and Reporting. You will engage with cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and develop strategic service sales initiatives, all while driving operational excellence and strategic contributions that shape our future. How You’ll Make An Impact
- You will manage and support the end-to-end sales process within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring seamless opportunity creation to order processing.
- Act as a primary liaison between the sales team and departments such as finance, legal, and project execution to guarantee proposal accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee order management activities,



ensuring timely processing and resolution of customer or operational issues.
- You will support the development and execution of regional sales strategies, collaborating with sales leadership to enhance market penetration and competitive positioning.
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau, providing actionable insights to leadership.

What You Bring
- You have 5+ years of experience in sales operations, strategic planning, or business analysis, ideally within the energy or industrial sector.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau is essential for success in this role.
- You possess strong analytical skills and business acumen, enabling you to track performance against KPIs and identify trends.
