JOB PURPOSE
For the Digital Insights Team based in Milan HQ, we are looking for the App Analytics Senior Specialist who will support the measurement and optimization of mobile app and digital experience performance across the Group ecosystem. The role will be responsible for generating actionable insights, monitoring key performance indicators, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve engagement, retention, conversion, and overall business outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and optimize app performance for B2C and B2B mobile experiences through KPI tracking, reporting, and dashboarding.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize solutions to track acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion performance
- Perform in-depth analyses to identify user behavior trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Marketing, CRM, and Tech teams to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Support experimentation and A/B testing activities, contributing to the evaluation of user experience and business performance improvements
- Ensure accurate implementation and quality assurance of mobile analytics solutions (e.g., SDKs, event tracking, attribution platforms)
- Contribute to the definition and adoption of analytics best practices, promoting a data-driven approach across teams
- Provide analytical support to stakeholders by tailoring insights to different business needs and audie
