Within the Agorai Innovation Hub we are looking for a Legal Senior – IP & Technology Contracts.
Key responsibilities of the role will include: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology and commercial contracts, including software development agreements, technology partnerships, and joint development arrangements. Advising on intellectual property and industrial property matters, including patents, software protection, trade secrets, and trademarks, ensuring the company's IP assets are properly identified, registered, and safeguarded.
Drafting and negotiating service agreements, joint venture contracts, and partnership frameworks.
