The Country Medical Lead is a member of the Country DPS Board, functioning as a strategic collaborator, bringing surgical insights, knowledge of local healthcare ecosystems, policy, trends and guidelines to inform and support shaping the commercial strategy, maximizing opportunities DPS Country business.
This role provides critical input into the global innovation agenda through gaining and assimilating customer insights to define key unmet needs, and through early, pro-active identification and assessment of evidence needs to address key stakeholder needs within the country for market registration, access & adoption. The Country Scientific lead reports to the DS MA Lead International with a dotted line to the Country Depuy Synthes Managing Director.
