Essential Functions/Core ResponsibilitiesEvaluating, analyzing, and implementing all Human Resources activities which include, but are not limited to employee engagement and relations, compensation and benefits, talent and performance managementProvide consulting services, through cross-departmental partnerships, to managers regarding team member performance, management practices, human resource policies, talent management, and compensationReceive, process and respond to day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders, as necessaryPartner with stakeholders to develop and support proactive Human Resources solutions in alignment with the organization's overall strategiesConducting initial orientation to newly hired or newly promoted employees and other HR learning sessionsEnsure maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all employee data and all phases of Human Resources processes, working within HRIS tools, in accordance with company policy and statutory/local lawsCollect, maintain, analyze,



and report on various types of key Human Resources metrics to assist management in effective decision making; develop clear visuals to communicate findingsPrepare documentary requirements for HR Partners handling labor-related cases, as necessaryReview Human Resources trends in the market and assist with execution of changes and improvementsCommunicate and reinforce the Company's values, philosophies, and Leadership Behaviors to assist in development of a high performing organizationMay help facilitate candidate selection processes, as necessaryCandidate Profile2 - 4 Years of ExperienceUniversity Degree PreferredExperience with Workday preferredWorking knowledge of labor relationsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProficient Microsoft Office skillsDemonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverablesSelf-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure in a virtual environment
