The Impact You'll Make
As a Maintenance and Spare Parts Specialist based in Pomezia, you’ll play an important role in helping keep our production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure operating safely and efficiently. Working closely with the Senior Service & Facility Manager, you’ll use data, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise to improve equipment reliability and support business performance. This role offers the opportunity to grow within an international organization where you can gain hands‑on experience, take ownership of improvement initiatives, and contribute to the success of a dynamic manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the planning and coordination of maintenance activities across production equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure
- Analyze equipment failure data and maintenance performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Investigate recurring equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability
- Monitor key maintenance and operational KPIs and use insights to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage and review spare parts inventory levels, helping to ensure availability of critical components while reducing obsolete stock
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems
- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, engineering, or a similar industrial environment
