About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive intern to support our EMEA Headquarter FP&A; Team, partnering with Senior Leadership on planning, reporting, and financial analysis. This operational role offers high exposure within a complex, international matrix organization.
Your Responsabilities will Be:
- Support on monthly/quarterly reporting activities with data report creation to support decisions
- Support in Headquarters Operating Expenses monthly reporting and planning
- Prepare templates and collect data to upload business data linked to budget forecasting and analysis of variances vs Plan/Forecast
- Work with AI and agents to prepare data
- Support Market Modelling exercise and consolidation
- Develop ad-hoc requests as per business needs
What Are We Looking For In You:
- Graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Finance,
Accountancy or Economical Engineering
- Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (level B2 or higher)
- Strong Excel knowledge & Microsoft Office
- Experience working with AI (ChatGPT/CoPilot)
- Analytical and good knowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts
- Collaborative and motivated, with strong communication skills
- Proactivity and problem-solving approach
- Ability to work within a team in a matrix environment
- Good presentation skills
- Result oriented
