The HR Business Partner is responsible for operational excellence and organizational health at assigned site(s), serving as an individual contributor partnering directly with Field Leaders and site leadership teams. You will strengthen culture and deliver business results by translating organizational priorities into actionable plans, executing business goals through data-driven decision making, and partnering with campus leaders to improve the employee experience. This role is accountable for the end-to-end employee experience, owning site-level feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and environment standards that shape trust, engagement, and performance. You will be expected to work onsite at an Amazon facility, supporting multiple sites within your region (campus) with regular mobility across assigned locations.
Key job responsibilitiesEmployee Experience & Engagement -Foster two-way communication between employees and leaders through feedback mechanisms like Voice of the Associate, roundtables, and GEMBA walks -Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs, including budget planning and employee appreciation activities -Build an environment where employees feel safe and included, establishing Employee Resource Groups and ensuring equitable talent practices -Maintain meaningful floor presence across the site, gathering insights and identifying early signs of disengagement Operational Excellence & Site Standards -Conduct regular site walks to assess workplace conditions and maintain facility standards in alignment with Amazon standards -Partner with site leaders and safety teams to ensure consistent execution of safety programs -Lead community initiatives at your site(s), partnering across your node and with Public Policy and Pub
