Global Corporate & Commercial Italy is the unit of Generali Italia S.p.A. that develops insurance services for medium and large companies.The position is based in Milan within the Risk Engineering & Loss Prevention department of Underwriting - GC&C; Italy.You will perform risk assessments to identify, analyze and evaluate property risks, while sharing best practices and risk improvement recommendations to enhance risk quality, increase clients' resilience and support profitable underwriting.You will contribute to the implementation of the global strategy, supporting business objectives and portfolio quality targets.Main tasks:Perform on-site risk engineering surveys and desk reviews for the Property Line of Business, supporting both domestic and multinational clients and effectively managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Prepare and review risk engineering reports, including assessment findings and mitigation recommendations,



supporting clients throughout their risk management journey.The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:University degree in EngineeringAt least 7 years of experience as a Property Risk Engineer within multinational organizations Proven knowledge of key NFPA fire protectionExperience in reviewing and evaluating fire protection system projectsAbility to work effectively in a team and in an international context environment; fluency in English and Italian is requiredAnalytical mindset, good communication and planning skillsValid Category B driving license and willingness to travel frequentlyIf you are passionate about risk management and helping businesses become more resilient, join our Risk Engineering & Loss Prevention team and contribute to improving the resilience and protection of Italy's leading national and multinational companies.
