Miele is seeking a Coordinator of Virtual / Chat Agents in Bolzano, Italy to lead a team delivering high-quality customer support via chat channels. You will train on Miele products and SAP, provide hands-on assistance, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include coaching, training design, hands-on support, SAP usage for cases and orders, IT collaboration, and performance monitoring.
