One of the world's most iconic, recognisable automotive brands is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Director of Sales to lead their European market - driving sales performance, dealer network development, and sustainable business growth.

Reporting to the EMEA leadership team, you will play a critical role in delivering commercial strategy, leading high-performing sales teams, and strengthening relationships across the dealer network and key stakeholders.

What You'll Do

- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the designated European regions, aligned with regional business objectives.
- Drive wholesale, retail, market share, and dealer performance growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Build strong partnerships with dealer principals and key business stakeholders.
- Use market insights, competitive intelligence, and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Network Development teams to deliver commercial success.
- Champion dealer profitability, customer experience,



and operational excellence.

Who Are you

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- 12+ years of commercial and sales leadership experience, ideally within automotive, mobility, retail, or a dealer-based environment.
- Proven success leading sales teams and delivering ambitious growth targets.Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and strategic thinking.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
