Royal Caribbean Group seeks an experienced CDP Baker to lead bakery operations aboard a cruise ship, ensuring daily production quality and compliance with USPH standards. You will coach staff, forecast demand, and manage displays for buffet stations, while maintaining strict sanitation, uniforms, and attendance practices.
You will coordinate with the Executive Chef to optimize yields, menus, and guest satisfaction, and handle related reporting and duties as assigned.
