Data Analyst | Credit Risk | Milan €40 - 75k + premio (depending on experience) Hybrid Working in Central Milan We’re hiring a Senior Data Analyst for a global organisation operating at the intersection of data, analytics, and AI-driven decision-making. This is a highly influential role, sitting at the forefront of data science strategy and shaping how advanced analytics and AI are applied across complex, real-world problems. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and global engineering and product teams to deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions, including an AI-powered platform focused on risk and resilience.

As Senior Data

Analyst, you will: Define and execute a data science strategy aligned to product and business objectives Lead the design, development, and deployment of models and algorithms into production Analyse large, complex datasets to identify patterns and trends,

translating insights into actionable product recommendations Stay close to industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in AI and GenAI Strong, proven experience across Data Analytics, Data Science, with exposure to Data Engineering and/or Machine Learning Solid experience selecting and applying appropriate methodologies, technologies, and techniques Hands-on experience with data querying, manipulation, and analysis, including tools such as Pandas and NumPy Experience working with Generative AI tools and approaches Software engineering or programming experience, ideally in Python Advanced academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent industry experience €40 - 75k + bonus (depending on experience) Hybrid Working in Central Milan If you’re a senior data scientist who enjoys combining strategic influence with hands-on technical depth, please apply or email wiil.
