As an Italian Customer Support & Sales Representative, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting sales initiatives and ensuring efficient case resolution. You will move to Lisbon or Porto, in Portugal, as part of the role, with an excellent relocation package. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Deliver high-quality customer support for: Provide inbound sales support by promoting products and identifying opportunities to increase customer value Manage customer orders and requests, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in CRM systems Proactively update customers on case progress and resolutions to maximize satisfaction Resolve customer issues efficiently while meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
