AlfaDocs in Milan seeks a Team Leader Admin to run the Administration, finance-support and office operations for the Milan office. You will lead a 4‑person team, set priorities, ensure quality and compliance, and coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve processes.
You will oversee invoicing, banking, cash collection, and monthly financial reporting, plus travel management, inventory, onboarding/offboarding, and office events.
