Senior Associate, Customer Marketing

This role is eligible for international relocation.
OverviewYou will be a key player of Customer Marketing team and is responsible for the development and implementation of commercial activities, according to Regional & Country Group Category Strategies,



working closely with the sales team in Italy to achieve turnover & market share targets.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Net Sales, Market Shares and execution KPIs for assigned categories.
- Define the category plan and strategy in terms of launches, distribution, promotions and oversees local tracking to achieve the business objectives.
- Project management on NPDs to ensure timely & efficient go to market
- Sellout data analysis: market share, distribution, promo performance, competitors' activities
- Implementing Consumer and Trade Promotion plans
- Managing the relationship with suppliers and other partners (cooperation with regional and local partners)
- Working with Sales Team to ensure all distribution and display initiatives are timely and properly executed.
- Responsible for artwork/labels and POS & promo packs materials development.
