We are looking for the next season 2027, a Chef de Partie to join our Villa Beatrice team.

He/She will reports a Villa Manager.
Main Duties & Responsabilities:
- Meal preparation: cooking and preparing food for each service;
- Maintain safety, health and hygiene standards in all areas of the kitchen;
- Controls incoming goods and stores them in perfect conditions;
- Monitors portion and waste control;
- Performs all duties assigned by the Sous Chef;
- Coordinate and monitor a Demi or Commis de partie assigned to him/her
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipments and raw materials processing techniques;
- At least 3 years of previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment;
- Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred;
- Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability;
- Collaboration:
be able and willing to work as a team player;
- Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues;
- Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background;
- HACCP certification.
