Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for the design, development, and validation activities in one of the following areas: Interior / Exterior / Body & Closures. Define project scope, timing, and deliverables in alignment with program objectives. Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and timing targets.

Act as the main interface between Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliers. Lead technical reviews and decision-making processes throughout development phases. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal specifications.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience in automotive product development, with a focus on Interiors /Exteriors or Body & Closures. Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly technologies. Familiarity with CAD tools (CATIA) and PLM systems.

Experience in project management methodologies and tools.

Experience in luxury brands and/or supercars development is very welcome. Availability for short business travels abroad.
