Job Description:
Dolce&Gabbana; offers an exceptional career opportunity as Beauty Consultant – Travel Retail based at Malpensa Airport. The successful candidate will act as a Brand Ambassador for Dolce&Gabbana; Beauty,
delivering an outstanding customer experience and contributing to the achievement of sales objectives within the Travel Retail channel.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience to an international clientele, providing personalized beauty consultations across fragrances, make-up and skincare categories in line with Dolce&Gabbana; Beauty hospitality and service standards.
- Contribute to achieving daily and monthly sell-out targets and driving business performance at the point of sale by identifying customer needs and maximizing every sales opportunity.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professionalism and empathy, fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction even in fast-paced and high-traffic environments.
