you will own and scale the sales motion end-to-end from Milan (mix of remote work + in-person client meetings).This is a highly entrepreneurial, hands-on role with massive growth potential.Your ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Sales Ownership in Italy: Lead the entire sales funnel—from proactive prospecting and initial outreach to conducting demos, negotiating, and closing deals.GTM Strategy & Optimization: Develop and test scalable sales playbooks, experiment with multi-channel outreach tactics, and refine messaging to optimize conversion rates.Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, ensuring an exceptional, value-driven experience throughout the entire customer journey.Your ProfileExperience: Proven track record in B2B SaaS Sales or a fast-paced tech startup environment.Mindset: High degree of ownership and accountability.
