MilanResponsibilities:Plan and implement the overall store strategyCollaborate with the marketing team to develop a marketing store strategyWork with store security guard to investigate any suspicious activityRecruit and hire new store employeesTrain and evaluate store employeesCreate a healthy and enjoyable store work environmentTrack and report on store KPIsTrain store employees on corporate policies and proceduresDevelop relationships with key suppliers and vendorsUse the appropriate software to keep track of inventory losses and/or shrinkageSuggest new operational strategies to improve store's performance and productivityWork with analyst to review performance of teamQualifications:3-5years of experience as a Retail Manager in consumer smart phone, PCs, hardware, retail or retails partners. xbvzest Reliability and dependability are key traitsStrong work ethic and a desire to improve and succeedGood knowledge of sales and marketingExcellent leadership skillsSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s successCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsGood time-management skills and team playerGreat
