build advanced financial models, and support investment decision-making at both local and global levels.This role offers significant scope, visibility, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on a market-leading renewable platform.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate due diligence, structuring and negotiation across multiple M&A; opportunitiesManage internal stakeholders and external advisors throughout NBO and BO stagesBuild and analyse detailed financial models and commercial assumptionsPrepare investment papers, valuations and strategic presentationsSupport the assessment of greenfield project risks, feasibility and strategic optionsContribute to strategic analysis, portfolio studies and partnership evaluationsCollaborate with global teams to support business planning and investment approvalsBuild strong working relationships across technical, financial and corporate functionsSkills & Experience4–5+ years’ exp
