All underpinned by technology created with purpose.YOUR ROLE In the role of BTECH Lead, technology is not viewed as delivery or a support function, but as the backbone of Enterprise Transformation.

The primary responsibility is to guide clients in rethinking their Digital and Technology Core so that cloud, platforms and AI become true accelerators of business performance, decision-making speed and operational resilience.In this role,



you will be a key player in the following activities: Define and lead the BTECH strategy within Enterprise Transformation programs (IT Strategy, Digital Core, Architecture, Platform & Tech Operating Model).

Act as a strategic partner to CEOs, CIOs, CTOs and COOs in reimagining the role of technology as a driver of value and speed.

Design and govern target architectures and transformation roadmaps (cloud, data, AI, ERP, core systems).

Lead complex IT & Digital Transformation programs, ensuring alignment between business ambition, architecture and delivery.

Define and lead the Cloud Strategy as a core pillar of Enterprise Transformation, ensuring consistency between business ambition, target architecture and operating model.

Design cloud adoption and modernization roadmaps (public, hybrid, multi-cloud) focused on resilience, scalability, time to market and economic sustainability.
