Things break. Lights flicker. Doors squeak. And that’s where you come in. As our Maintenance Technician, you’re the go-to fixer, problem-spotter, and calm-in-the-chaos presence that keeps our hotel running smoothly behind the scenes. You work side by side with the Maintenance Manager to make sure guests, students, and teammates feel comfortable, safe, and taken care of every single day.

What You’ll Do

- Handle day-to-day maintenance issues across the hotel, from plumbing and lighting to locks and small repairs
- Complete daily walkarounds and keep indoor and outdoor areas clean, safe, and looking sharp
- Carry out preventative maintenance checks to spot issues before they become problems
- Tackle minor painting and cosmetic fixes when things need a refresh
- Support and coordinate external contractors when specialist work is needed
- Keep an eye on stock levels for tools, materials, and spare parts
- Jump in on ad hoc tasks and support the Maintenance Manager when required
