In this role, you'll focus on the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting the placement of IT professionals with our client portfolio across Italy.

- €35.000What You'll DoOwn end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering roles across IT disciplinesSource and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, referrals, and other networks.Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical competencies, career motivations, and suitability for outsourcing or staff augmentation models.Build and manage a high-quality, continuously evolving pipeline of IT talent for both immediate and future client needs.Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers and client stakeholders, translating technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies.Advise clients and intern
