Your role
We are looking for a Finishing Production Engineer who will support and optimize the production processes in the Finishing Department at our Operations Plant in Sedico (BL), Italy.

This role offers the opportunity to analyze key metrics, improve production efficiency, and develop managerial skills while working with our assembly line.

Main responsibilities
- Support in monitoring and analyzing efficiency and OEE KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in production scheduling, detection of deviations, and proposal of corrective actions to ensure process reliability.
