Power Platform governance & automation specialist

Location: onsite in Rome or remotely from a nearshore Europe location, in CET working hours
Duration: Sept – Dec 2026 with possible extension subject to continuing business need, available budget and vendor performance

For one of our client, DropaCode is looking for a Power Platform governance & automation specialist to work onsite in Geneva or remotely from a nearshore Europe location, following CET working hours.

Duties and responsibilities
- Under the supervision of the ICT Solutions Coordinator, the incumbent is responsible to lead the governance, controls, monitoring and ongoing evolution of the organization’s Power Platform environment. The role will provide strategic and technical leadership across Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse and connectors, ensuring that automations and solutions are secure, well-governed, scalable,



compliant and aligned with organizational priorities.
- The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Design, implement and maintain enterprise-level governance, controls and guardrails for the Power Platform, including environment strategy, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and connector governance.
- Establish and operate monitoring, alerting and reporting for Power Automate flows and Power Platform solutions, including usage, capacity, licensing consumption, failures, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Develop a target-state Power Platform environment architecture, together with a migration plan for existing Power Apps and flows. Define and maintain the target architecture, standards and technology roadmap for automation and low-code development across the organization.
