The Associate Dean for Student Services serves as the senior leader responsible for the integrated planning, oversight, assessment, and continuous improvement of student services at the Naples College of Osteopathic Medicine. The Associate Dean provides leadership across Admissions, Student Affairs, Financial Aid, Registrar functions, learning support, behavioral health and wellbeing services, student professionalism, and related programs. The Associate Dean works collaboratively with academic leadership, faculty, staff, and students to ensure that these functions collectively support the College's mission, institutional goals, regulatory responsibilities, and commitment to student formation and success.
Qualifications
Student Experience & Formation Provide leadership for a coherent student experience across the enrollment continuum from recruitment and admission through graduation and transition to residency and alumni engagement. Foster an environment that promotes student success, wellbeing, professional formation, belonging, accountability, and personal responsibility.

Provide oversight for student life, student organizations, community engagement, career advising, student travel, orientation, Match-related activities, graduation, and alumni engagement. Promote student success and retention through appropriate mentorship, guidance, early identification of student needs, and access to resources. Support the development and implementation of policies and practices related to student professionalism and the Honor Code.
Enrollment & Student Services Integration Develop and sustain a unified vision for student services that promotes coordination, communication, and continuity across Admissions, Student Affairs, Financial Aid, Registrar functions, learning support, and behavioral health services.
