We deliver M&A; advisory across mergers, divestitures, acquisitions, public takeovers, defence advisory and dual-track IPOs, as well capital markets solutions across Equity Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance and Debt Capital Markets. As an Investment Banking Associate, you can expect to work on large-cap M&A;, Equity Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance origination and execution assignments.
Tasks may include evaluating companies, perform financial analyses, developing models for M&A; transactions, preparing industry statistics for pitches, or getting involved in the execution of live deals.

Responsibilities
Working on a variety of complex projects for leading Italian, European and global clients. Opportunity to contribute to the development of new ideas to help clients achieve their strategic and financial objectives. Conduct detailed valuation analysis and other financial analysis, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables, LBO analysis and transaction structuring. Project management and involvement in execution of live transactions and pitches. Attend team discussions and client meetings and be able to deliver parts of a presentation. Interact with various sectors and product teams across the bank, both locally and abroad. Support senior bankers in origination and coverage efforts. Contribute positively
