Job Description
Scalable Capital is one of Europe's leading digital banks, with more than one million clients and over €60 billion on the platform, growing across Munich, Berlin, Vienna, Milan and London. We are hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to own the legal side of our Italian branch, the newest and fastest growing part of the bank.
You lead legal matters in Italy: customer documentation, the legal work on new product launches, the relationship with Banca d'Italia and external counsel. You work directly with the Branch Managers and with the group legal team in Germany. You look at the problem, you decide what the right approach is, and you run it through to signature.
