RFI | Internet Provisioning & Service Assurance — Italy
I’m looking to identify experienced providers that can manage internet provisioning and service assurance across Rome, Milan, Naples, and Florence.
The requirement is primarily residential connectivity, with some business-grade services. The ideal provider can manage the full lifecycle: availability validation, ISP onboarding, installation coordination, provisioning escalations, outage follow-up, SLA management, and customer communications through resolution.
Strong familiarity with Italy’s FTTH ecosystem and major ISPs is important.
