LJB & Co is seeking two experienced Quantity Surveyors for a major hyperscale data centre project in Milan. The roles involve cost control, subcontractor management, and client engagement across M&E; and civil/structural packages, with a focus on delivering turnkey, cost-efficient outcomes.
The successful candidates will bring 7+ years' experience in commercial surveying, strong procurement and contract administration skills, and the ability to produce timely commercial reporting.
