CLIENT ADVISOR
LA RINASCENTE, MILANO
OFFERING:
- Basic salary up to €28K, depending on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience, with a strong focus on CRM, clienteling, client book development and after-sales service.
- Consistently uphold company standards, supporting Visual Merchandising, stockroom operations and cash desk activities when required.
- Maintain strong product and collection knowledge, staying up to date with the latest launches and demonstrating a proactive, positive and constructive attitude.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience within a premium or luxury fashion environment, with solid RTW expertise.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong,



long-term relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an energetic, responsible and autonomous approach.
- Fluent English required.
