Job Overview
Mission
For future products,
ensure customer protection by assessing project maturity and compliance with Product Development standards from concept development through Start of Production, supporting robust launches.
• Perform milestone assessments at module level during product development phases.
• Contribute to vehicle milestone assessments, evaluating readiness, risks and compliance with Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance objectives.
Main tasks
In link the Project Teams follows the convergence to the deliverables expected for each milestone.
- Establishes with the Project Team the roadmap of the actions to be done until the milestone, based on a rating of the topics to fulfil
- Conducts a forecast of the “Program Stoppers” status, 4 weeks before the milestone to identify the needed escalations
- Ensures that all Project expected deliverables are achieved at each milestone
- Draws up the milestone asses
