The Social Hub in Firenze is seeking an F&B; Events Supervisor to lead the front-of-house during service, coordinate with the crew and ensure every setup, break and service moment runs on point. You'll work closely with the M&E; Manager, help new team members find their rhythm, and keep daily operations running like a well-oiled machine.
You’ll guide the floor, mentor colleagues, manage guest interactions, and ensure smooth collaboration with kitchen and bar teams.
