Your Role
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and curiousProduct Industrialization Engineer with design and manufacturing competenciesand passion to join the Industrialization staff in our HQ (Italy-Cesena).
The person will work in cross-functional team and cooperate with all departments to develop new products and maintain them along the lifecycle.Work in presence is needed.
Your Impact
- Develop and design mechanical solutions in collaboration with internal departments and suppliers
- Re-engineering to cost reduction and problem solving
- Develop and define technical standard solutions for new products in order to achieve Quality, Safety and target Cost
- Promote DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly)
- Find new solutions, technologies or suppliers
- Grant the development of innovative product packaging industrial design concepts that enhance consumer unpacking experience, logistics efficiency including ship, truck, and warehouses.
- Grant connection between R&D; and Process Engineering Department in order to have the best product with the best manufacturing process
