ABOUT THE JOB
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in ensuring the achievement of the store business goals (sales and profitability) as well as to promote and enhance the brand, in line with corporate policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Management
- Establish and implement Action Plans, in agreement with the Store Manager, in order to develop sales for each product category and customer segment
- Always maintain a strategic approach focused on developing, monitoring and improving measurable statistics that drive the company towards quantitative and qualitative targets
- To support the Store Manager in managing the team to maximize sales, traffic flow, floor coverage and customer engagement
- Ensure all team members follow company policies and procedures
- Ensure implementation of CRM initiatives to develop a customer network for the shop
Team and Talent Management
- Ensure, in agreement with the Store Manager, the development of motivation, sense of belonging and company involvement
- Be able to influence and persuade team members towards desired results and apply conflict resolution techniques according to company policies and procedures
