General Description Of The Role
Within the Technology & Services organization, in the AI, Data & Analytics team, the role is responsible for enabling data-driven decision making and accelerating business value through data, analytics and Artificial Intelligence capabilities. As Artificial Intelligence rapidly evolves from predictive analytics into Generative AI and Agentic AI,



the organization requires dedicated engineering capabilities to transform AI opportunities into scalable, secure and enterprise-ready solutions.
The Global AI Engineer plays a critical role in designing, developing, deploying and operationalizing AI-powered applications, intelligent assistants and autonomous agents that enhance employee productivity, automate knowledge work and support strategic business initiatives across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and Corporate Functions.
The role acts as the technical bridge between business stakeholders, data teams and technology platforms, translating AI use cases into scalable solutions integrated within the enterprise ecosystem. The AI Engineer is responsible for accelerating the industrialization and adoption of AI capabilities, ensuring that solutions are secure, governed, reusable and aligned with business priorities.
